Point Cook is home to a vibrant and growing Muslim community of over 3,500 people, yet there is currently no dedicated place for them to gather in prayer and worship. For many families, this means travelling long distances to attend congregational prayers, community events, and religious programs. 

While we may not yet be able to build a mosque large enough to serve everyone, we are taking the first important step. The Point Cook Masjid will be the first mosque in Point Cook, a humble beginning to establish a sacred space where the community can come together to pray, reflect, and strengthen their faith. 

This project represents more than just a building. It is the foundation for a future where the Muslim community in Point Cook has a place to worship, learn, and connect. With the support of the community and the blessings of Allah, this humble start will, Insha’Allah, grow into something that serves generations to come. 

We have already secured a land with community borrowed funds for now and are committed to pay that money back as soon as possible. We’re raising $2.5 million dollars for the finished project. With the support, du‘as, and generosity of our community, we hope to reach this goal soon and pray our next Taraweeh together in our very own masjid, Insha’Allah. Every contribution brings us one step closer to establishing a house of Allah that will serve generations to come.
