What began as a long-held dream in the hearts of Brother Aly and Dr. Zakir has grown into a shared vision for the community. They dreamt of establishing a mosque in Point Cook, a place where faith, community, and service could come together. Soon, Brother Rafeek, Brother Anwar, and Brother Adnan joined them, united by the same purpose and commitment.

About US

Point Cook Islamic Community Ltd (PCIC) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation serving the growing and diverse Muslim community of Point Cook.

We are working to establish Point Cook’s first Mosque that will provide a Permanent place of worship, education, family and youth support, community welfare, and inclusive programs that benefit people of all backgrounds.

Driven by values of compassion, connection, and social cohesion, PCIC aims to strengthen community wellbeing, support those in need, and foster a more inclusive and united society.

Our Journey

What began as a sincere intention in the hearts of Brother Aly and Dr. Zakir, seeking the pleasure of Allah, has grown into a shared amanah carried by many. Alongside Br. Rafeek, Br. Anwar, Br. Adnan, Br. Waqas, Sheikh Sami, Br. Irfan, Br. Shariq, Br. Hasan, and other devoted brothers, this journey reflects a collective niyyah rooted in faith, humility, and service. Each name carries equal weight in this effort, united by the desire to contribute for the sake of Allah and to leave a lasting sadaqah jāriyah for generations to come.

They envisioned a mosque in Point Cook, a house of Allah where hearts find tranquillity, where the remembrance of Allah is established, and where the teachings of Islam bring people together in brotherhood and compassion. It is a place where the adhan will call believers, where prayers will be offered in unity, and where knowledge, care, and service will flourish.

With sincerity in their intentions and tawakkul upon Allah, and with the support and duas of the wider community, this dream is gently unfolding into reality, a blessed effort, built upon unity, guided by faith, and carried by the hope that Allah accepts it from all who are part of it.
